Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to monster-automation.com and the Monster Automation platform. By using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Service description

Monster Automation is a B2B platform (PaaS + Agency-as-a-Service) for automating business processes with AI agents and modules. The service includes Workspaces, projects, a module marketplace, billing, and custom development tools.

2. Registration and access

  • Access is provided by invitation or after registration through an agency client.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and actions under your account.
  • Workspace access is limited by role (admin, member, etc.) and Row-Level Security policies.
  • We may suspend access for Terms violations or suspected abuse.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activity or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass RLS, RBAC, or other security controls.
  • Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Resell platform access without written consent from Monster Automation.
  • Scrape public or protected areas without permission.

4. Billing and payment

  • Invoices and Contracts belong to a Project; amounts are stored in the smallest currency unit (cents) and calculated server-side.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe under your contract terms.
  • Overdue payments may restrict platform features.
  • Refunds are governed by your individual agency agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, design, code, and Monster Automation brand belong to us. Content you upload (documents, data, configurations) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.

6. SLA and availability

We aim for high availability on Vercel and Supabase. The service is provided "as is" without a 100% uptime guarantee unless a separate SLA applies. Planned maintenance is announced when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in advance.
